1. Services Offered

Jim’s Service Center provides vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, bodywork, and related services. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Estimates

  • Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by phone or email.
  • All repair estimates are based on available information at the time and may change upon further inspection.
  • We will notify you before performing any additional work not covered in the original estimate.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved business checks.
  • A fee may apply to late or returned payments.

4. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on most parts and labor. Warranty details vary by service and will be provided at the time of repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.
  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in limited future scheduling.

6. Customer Vehicles

  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables before drop-off.
  • Jim’s Service Center is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
  • Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 7 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees.

7. Website Use

  • All content on this site is for informational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, modify, or use our materials without permission.
  • We reserve the right to update content, pricing, or policies at any time.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide is only used to deliver services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jim’s Service Center is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. All work is performed using reasonable care and accepted industry practices.
